As a scout you're olbigated to help others Am i obligated to help others? As i scout it is my duty to help those who are in need. One of the  oaths that a scout swear to do, is to give a hand to those who needs it, and be able achieve it at all times. Scouts are obligated to help if our service is needed. But even if i stated all of this, whether to help or not is still a choice even for a scout. I m obligated to help others, if they needed my help that is, but if not then i won't, because some people didn't want the help of others. As a scout, giving a hand to others is my obligation, but as an individual it is my choice if i choose to help them or not. For me, even if you're not a scout, we should urge to help others for it will bring honor for us. As a scout I'm obligated to help others not for a cost or because of our oaths it is because you are not scout if you don't help other people. Helping others it is an honor ...
